If you can, try login on your account on the web and creating a password for your account (Account Overview Set a password for your devices). It will be associated with a technical Spotify login (only numbers). Then you can use this login / password to log in on Win 10 desktop app. I opened my Spotify app today and I was logged out and when I tried to log back in it said the username or password was incorrect (using both E-mail and username). I changed my password 3 times and I was still having the same problem. I can still log into Spotify on my tablet and on my phone from the website.
